John is a Senior Investigator and oversees the e-crime and cyber-crime cases for Citizens. John serves as a subject matter expert to the bank on matters of business email compromise (BEC) as well as ATM skimming and breaches, among other case types. He also manages a fully operational e-discovery and computer forensics lab. One of John’s primary roles is to provide assistance to and collaborate with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and their respective financial and cyber-crime task forces and agencies.

Ryan is an accomplished Solution Consulting Leader with more than 25 years of experience in the financial technology industry. He provides valuable insights and guidance to help organizations optimize their AP processes and systems, specializing in areas like Software as a Service and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
