Mike is responsible for the Commercial Bank’s Treasury Solutions business which includes the product development, sales and account management of working capital solutions including cash management, commercial card, liquidity, and trade and supply chain finance. The Treasury Solutions team provides advice and innovative capabilities to prospects and clients to help them navigate the ever-changing business landscape. Managing cash flow is an integral part of a company’s overall operations and ultimately their success – Mike and his team are dedicated to providing working capital solutions throughout a client’s life cycle, with a focus on evolving payments capabilities and enhanced digital offerings.

Mike joined Citizens in 2014 from HSBC where he was Executive Vice President and North American Head of Payments and Cash Management. His past experience also includes fifteen years at JPMorgan Chase, where he was Managing Director and Sales Executive for Treasury Services responsible for North American corporations and subsidiaries of Asian, European, and Latin American multinationals. Prior roles included Managing Director and Sales Executive for mid-market and public sector companies and several specialized industry sectors.

Matt has over 20 years of Treasury Management experience in sales, product and business administration roles in multiple industry segments. As the Head of Treasury Product Solutions at Citizens, he leads his team in driving innovation across customer experience and payments in the treasury management product suite. Matt is also responsible for the bank’s Sponsorship Management business.

Matt is a recognized expert in domestic cash management and speaks regularly at industry forums such as AFP, NACHA and FEI. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and has completed professional training including the RBS/Harvard Business School Senior Manager Program and the Advanced Leadership Development Program through Babson Executive Education.

Taira Hall is Head of Enterprise Payments at Citizens. In her role she collaborates and partners closely across Consumer, Business and Commercial lines of business to drive an effective unified payment strategy for Citizens. In addition, she leads the Embedded Finance practice across Citizens.

With a penchant for innovation and partnership, Taira has 20 years of banking and payments experience. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Embedded Finance, B2B & Strategic Innovation Executive at FIS. She has a proven track record of building new business lines in high growth areas, and has expertise in fintech, embedded finance and B2B payments.

Marie Elizabeth Aloisi is Executive Vice President, Mastercard Commercial Solutions and Mastercard Healthcare Solutions.

Marie is responsible for growing Mastercard’s commercial business with a focus on modernizing B2B payments. She leads commercial acceptance, business development, product development, product management, and partnerships in pursuit of capturing more than ~$20T+ of B2B payments made every year in the U.S.

Additionally, Marie leads Mastercard Healthcare Solutions; a business dedicated to helping healthcare partners by bringing the scale and advanced technology of Mastercard to solve significant pain points across the healthcare eco-system. Marie’s business development healthcare team is responsible for increasing Mastercard’s share of consumer-directed healthcare and payer to provider transactions.
